Due to the overwhelming level of interest and excitement on the development of Vietnam as a
new market opportunity, Synergy WorldWide wants to provide an official update for
distributors. First, let me assure you that the company is completely committed to launching a
successful business opportunity in Vietnam. We have no doubt that the Vietnamese market will

We have experienced some delays in working through changes in Vietnam law governing the
network marketing industry. These changes have forced us to review and modify several key
areas to the way we structure our business from a legal and accounting standpoint. We feel
confident that we have solved most of these issues and are close to finalizing the structure of our
business in Vietnam. Although these changes have slowed our development schedule some, we
are aggressively moving forward for a successful 2008 opening.

Pre Launch Vietnam 1'st January 2008

The news is official, Synergy will pre-launch in Vietnam on 1st Jan 2008. It was announced at the Thai Convention in Pattaya on 28 Oct 2007, attended by 60 Synergy members from Indonesia who had won their passage to Thailand. Pictured is Pak Febry, a lead distributor from Indonesia, Mark Comer, Presidential Exec USA & Dan Higginson, Synergy’s Founder & President. During the pre-launch members can sign up Vietnamese distributors using the Vietnamese Distributor Application Forms. They pay nothing at this stage and are allowed to bring in new members of their own. After 2-4 months, the Activation period will set in, where pre-signed members are invited to activate their accounts by purchasing 300/100cv worth of products. All members must Activate that month or they loose their spot in the system. Monthly maintainance is 80cv.The products to be launch is V3, starting with Liquid Chlorophyll, both the 32oz (15cv) and 2oz bottles (2cv) each. Synergy will have a presence in both Hanoi & HCM City. Last year, Europe enlisted 18,000 members during the pre-launch alone. It is envisaged that Vietnam will double that record.
